About Us

Gary started as a successful national hunt jockey, having over 200 Career wins. He retired in the early ‘90s and then went on to train. Gary’s training career started in Epsom where he trained for 5 years before taking over from his father Charlie in Brighton.

Ingleside Racing Stables was where GL Moore Racing LLP was based for over 10 years. After which Gary and his wife Jayne relocated to Cisswood Stables in Lower Beeding, West Sussex.

Here at Cisswood, Gary trains racehorses on the flat and over jumps. Gary is the biggest dual purpose trainer in the country. Cisswood Stables is based in Lower Beeding, West Sussex, it is set in 180 acres of woodland and countryside and has top class training facilities which include:

• 6 furlong all weather gallop
• 1 mile uphill woodchip gallop
• 6 furlong grass gallop
• 5 horse walker
• treadmill
• Infra red sauna
• lunge pen
• schooling fences and hurdles
